I support LD 1707 “An Act to Require a Person to Be a United States Citizen to Receive State or Local Financial Assistance and to Ensure Municipal Compliance with Federal Immigration Laws.”
I’m 100% in agreement. Our taxes are too high! This “should” reduce them if enforced. It’s time to look out for legitimate Maine citizen’s welfare for a change!
And, municipalities SHOULD lose funding if they don’t cooperate with federal immigration authorities!
I support LD 1707 “and it “ought to pass.”
